HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
