HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
