HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
