HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Nest Staffing is a El Paso staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
