HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Cedar Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
