HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in San Antonio serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
