HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Medical designs and makes medical devices in Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
