HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Fern Foods Group is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
