HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
