HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
