HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
