HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
