HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Ridge Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
