HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services is an inspection company in Wichita with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
