HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Albuquerque presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
