HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
