HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
