HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
