HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
