HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Colorado Springs design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
