HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Wren Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
