HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Linden Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
