HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Union Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Baltimore focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
