HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Construction Group is a Des Moines contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
