HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Union Foods is a Knoxville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 964 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
