HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
