HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
