HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood North Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
