HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Phoenix with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
