HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Boston with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
