HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
