HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
