HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Toledo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
