Harborlight Stone Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
