HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Studio helps transport agencies around New Orleans design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
