HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
