HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
