HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
