HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
