HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 292 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
