HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
