HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield North Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
