HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
