HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
