HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
