HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Glen Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 799 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
