HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
