HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Columbus area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
