HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Harbor Freight Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
