HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Meridian Legal Group is a Tampa practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
